We’re excited to introduce you to Kim Payne, our Family Programs Director of the new YMCA/Sammamish Community & Aquatic Center!
Kim has been with the Sammamish Family YMCA at our City Church location for almost 8 years, serving in a number of different capacities – membership, aquatics, operations, facilities – you name it, she can do it.
One of the things Kim loves most is coming up with unique programming that brings the whole family together. She is excited to bring some fun to Sammamish families through our Kids Zone, Birthday Parties, special events and family fun nights!

Head out to the Mukilteo waterfront, go to the Pacific Science Center, or take part in one of the many community festivals the Puget sound towns have to offer!
Why do you work for the Y?
The members and staff are friendly and it’s a positive place to be for everyone! People are truly happy to be at the Y, and it’s great to see generations of families take part in the activities we offer.

Youth Development – kids need to know they are loved, important, and respected. It’s so fun to see the kids at the Y grow up and become awesome teenagers and young adults!
