How will the community rooms be used? How will scheduling for the rooms work?
The new Y offers several meeting rooms available for Sammamish-based community groups and area-based non-profits to use as needed. Scheduling for the rooms will be coordinated in conjunction with YMCA programming. Meeting space is available at no charge and does not require a YMCA membership. Yes, the new YMCA facility and aquatic center is ADA compliant. All three areas of the aquatic center (activity pool, lap pool and the whirlpool) have lifts available. We will do our best to accommodate members that need additional assistance.

How often is the facility cleaned?
We take pride in maintaining cleanly facilities and have protocols and standards in place that we follow in making sure our facilities are clean and sanitized. Additionally, the Y will hold an annual maintenance week where the facility will be closed for deep cleaning.
